This place was just a suitable option for a short stint in Zermatt with good value considering the price. The staff was friendly, but the elevator was out of order on the second day, making it tough to lug my bags up the stairs. If you’re visiting during summer, be ready for no air conditioning or ventilation. it can get stuffy.

We had an amazing stay in a super cozy family room with a stunning balcony view of the Matterhorn, and the extra touch of a warm fondue prepared for us by the chef made our trip even more special. The beautiful garden area and relaxing solarium offered great places to unwind after exploring the surroundings. Just a heads up, communication could be a bit better during checkout, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

I loved how close this charming hotel is to both the Parish Church of St Mauritius, which is just a short walk away, and the stunning views of the Matterhorn, creating wonderful photo opportunities during my strolls around the area. plus, the staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home during my single stay.

Spent 2 nights here and loved it! The staff were super welcoming and super chill, always checking if we were good at dinner. The breakfast spread was awesome, lots of choices. It’s a bit of a walk to the lifts, so be prepared for that. Definitely worth it for the cozy vibe!

This hotel perfectly suits me with free wi-fi, luggage storage, and a cozy bar. The staff once helped me find great dining places, which I remember fondly. I recommend trying the breakfast waffles! I'll return...

I gotta say, the breakfast spread was the best I've ever had throughout my trip in Switzerland, loaded with greens, fruits, and warm food. The front desk was helpful, replying to my messages quickly and arranging my pickup service without a hitch....

Waking up to breathtaking views of the Matterhorn from our spacious balcony was surreal. The staff always greeted us warmly, making our stay feel like home.

However, we experienced some wait for breakfast tables during peak hours, which made us feel rushed. It would help if they expanded the dining area.

Consider storing your gear in the cozy ski room for easy access when you're ready to hit the slopes.

The absence of coffee facilities in the room is perplexing!!! A small upgrade of furniture would help elevate the overall experience. Don't even get me started on the inadequate ventilation in the bathrooms!!!
